Brazil is reeling under Petrobras corruption scandal. The country knows how to deal with it. A former President, Lula, despite his popularity was taken into custody. His protegee, the present President, tried to help him out by taking him in her ministry and thereby granting him immunity. But the investigating authority would not oblige. It has ruled that Lula cannot join the ministry to subvert law.
