N.Srinivasan, CEO of Cholamandalam Finance has unexpectedly submitted his resignation. This casts a cloud on CIFCO.

The issue of munificent payment to directors was raised in the AGMs of Sundaram Finance and IDFC Bank. This requires more resistance from shareholders.
